- How do I know which slime color will glow in the dark?
- All of our “Glowy” series slimes are specially formulated with safe, child-friendly phosphorescent pigments. Look for 🌟 next to the product name to glow bright!
- Can my child use slime without supervision?
- We recommend adult supervision for kids under 5, to ensure they don’t accidentally taste it. Our slime is non-toxic, but best kept “hands only”!
- What’s the best way to store slime?
- Keep your slime in its airtight tub when not playing. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight to avoid drying out or melting.
- How long does slime last?
- With proper storage, most of our slimes stay soft and stretchy for 4–6 weeks. If it starts to dry, add a drop of water and knead to revive.
- Is your slime safe for sensitive skin?
- Yes! We use hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested ingredients. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and rinse with water.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- Standard orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is also available at checkout.
- Can I customize my own slime kit?
- Absolutely! Use our “Create Your Slime” builder on the site to pick colors, add-ins (glitter, beads, scents), and packaging.
- Do you offer bulk order discounts for parties?

- What’s the easiest way to clean slime off surfaces?
- Let the slime dry completely, then gently scrape it away. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap for any residue.
